Created by Pat Melvin-Carolus the owner and principal engineer for our company since 1972.  He is registered with the state of Florida, Alabama and Mississippi as a Professional Engineer.  Dr. Sparks is also registered with the State of Florida as a General and Mechanical Contractor.  As principal engineer, he has extensive experience in the design and analysis of process equipment and mechanical machinery, manufacturing procedures and accident reconstruction. Dr. Sparks received his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering in 1970 and has been Our Technical Staff has the Experience and Technology to provide exhibits for presentations to support testimony of findings. Expert Engineers’ support staff consists of Engineering, Design, and Technical Research for analytical solutions including documentation from computers and Computer Aided Design output.
