		JACK W. SPARKS, Ph.D., PE, RG, RM (Owner)
		Dr. Sparks received his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering in 1970 and has been the owner and principal engineer for our company since 1972. He is registered with the state of Florida as a Professional Engineer, General and Mechanical Contractor. As principal engineer, he has extensive experience in the design and analysis of process equipment and mechanical machinery, manufacturing procedures and accident reconstruction.
		Expert Engineers' support staff consists of Engineering, Design, and Technical Research for analytical solutions including documentation from computers and Computer Aided Design output.
		Our Technical Staff has the Experience and Technology to provide exhibits for presentations to support testimony of findings.

ENGINEERING TECHNICAL STAFF

Our Engineering Technical Staff is supported by U.C., IPTM, SAE, and AAAM trained technical persons experienced in all aspects of computer aided and animated accident reconstruction, failure analysis, building construction and machinery designs including:
