Jack W. Sparks
Principal engineer for accident reconstruction using accepted engineering principals and experience for Vehicle accident reconstruction including Biomechanics, Machinery failure, Defective design analysis, and Building construction code compliance. Over 27 years Experience in Forensic engineering and Expert witness testimony.
Wes Sparks
Institute for Police Training and Management certificate holder with over 240 hours of classroom study. Certificate holder from AAAM (University of Maryland) for Biomechanics in automobile accidents and Univ.Calf. crush analysis of automobile collisions and Accident Injury: Biomechanics and Prevention. Experience and training includes PC crash analysis in real time for 2D and 3D animation for multicar collision analysis. Work includes Photo rectification of roadways from scene photos and positional viewing of accident recreation in real time. Photo modeler experience for machine and component development presentation and for accident reconstruction simulation. Additional work includes Auto cad layouts for roadways and accident scene development.
Joseph Czech, Jr.
Experienced Auto Cad designer for plant layout and equipment design including civil layout of roadways and accident scene presentations. Equipment design and failure documentation using cad drawings for courtroom presentations. Institute for Police Training and Management certificate holder with 240 hours of classroom training. Working model specialist for machine and component motion and dynamic studies required for failure analysis and presentations.
Alan Sparks
Specialist in ASME and Boiler code standards and quality control requirements and documentation. Provides principal searches for standards of manufacturing and procedures for ASME, ANSI, OSHA and other standards including Safety and Building code standards.
Pat Melvin
Computer specialist and company accountant for job cost billing and human resources. Provides client case documentation and organization for case review and clients files. Also formats data and graphics for courtroom presentations.
James Arnold
Shop supervisor and welding specialist with over 40 years of hands on welding experience including stick, tig and mig processes. Mr. Arnold serves also as a welding instructor at night for Pensacola Junior College and is experienced in the manufacture of all types of process tanks, mechanical systems, pipe and conveying equipment. Further, he has extensive experience in the logging industry and drag racing engines and machines having held numerous track records in drag racing.
Thomas Arnold
Our company contracted ASE certified mechanic for vehicle inspections and heavy machinery dismantling for investigations. Mr. Arnold provides a complete service truck with air and electric, tools and jacks for inspections by our reconstruction engineers.
